Mr. Fred Zera, a military crash site hobbyist, is planning to place a bronze plaque at the crash site of Major
Marion A. Tuttle during January or February, 2008. On 25 May 1967, Major Marion A. Tuttle crashed his F-100D, (SN 56-3360)
during low level bombing practice at the Dare County Bomb Range in eastern NC.
